No Refund Policy
Once sold, Rasella Games is under no obligation to refund any amount of the cost of the product for any reason.

No Return Policy
Once reserved for delivery, enroute to final destination or beyond, Rasella Games cannot accept any returns of product under any circumstance.

Delivery and Packing Policy
Rasella Games uses EasyParcel / Pgeon as well as Grab / Lalamove for local deliveries within West Malaysia. For final destination beyond 20 km from original departure location, we will pack orders in cardboard box of our choosing with additional cardboard, newspaper, styrofoam, or bubble wrap buffer to secure the package during transit. That said, Rasella Games is not responsible for any damages to the box and/or internal components during said transit.

Stock and Inventory
Rasella Games tries to keep the website stock list up-to-date in real-time. That said, online displayed inventory may experience delays in updates due to internet-related issues. Although very rare, this may mean that an order was placed for a game that had actually been out-of-stock due to the gap in time. In these situations, Rasella Games will contact customers directly and if any payments were made, refunds will be arranged accordingly within 7 working days of the original order.

Data Collection Policy
By using the Rasella Games website (rasellagames.com) users explicitly agree to the collection of various data including but not limited to length of visit, pages visited, buttons clicked, and more. Those who create a website account fully agree to giving Rasella Games permission to the information as submitted per the Accounts Creation form. Unless stated beforehand, Rasella Games will never use said information for marketing or sales purposes outside of improving the website’s functionality.

Products Information Policy
The information shared on rasellagames.com of game titles, publishers, artists, descriptions, etc including photos and other media are to the best of our knowledge an accurate representation of the product on sale from the website. Most of the information is shared by the publisher and/or distributor to Rasella Games directly while the remaining information may be from well-known sources such as boardgamegeek.com. Some media may be borrowed from various websites which allow for 3rd party content sharing.
