We provide free shipping for orders above MYR 150 within West Malaysia. For more information regarding areas outside this region please visit our SHIPPING page.

We process all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. After that it depends on our courier partner. If there are no unforeseen delays, orders within West Malaysia should arrive within 5-6 business days maximum. We will provide alert notifications directly from the courier service to the purchaser whenever the option is available. Congratulations on your find. Unfortunately due to lack of time and resources, it would be unreasonable for us to go through the due diligence process of assessing other hobby retailers or individual sellers validity in quality and cost. We do aim to offer competitive pricing but we also understand that sometimes we may not be the “cheapest” option out there. Also, unless stated otherwise, all our products are BNIS (Brand New In Shrink) unopened straight from the original supplier.

We currently do not have a system in place to vet random sellers quality of products or buyer’s reputation for payment. We suggest you look to Facebook, Carousell, or similar open-market platforms.

We’re willing to help bring over titles if enough people are interested. Buying in bulk helps us reduce shipping costs and usually doesn’t add outrageous fees to our end customer. Important note: In these situations, we will need to collect a guarantee payment up front.

Pre-Ordering is one of the crucial ways that our business is able to survive and keep providing service. By making an initial payment for a game on our site, you have effectively confirmed your intent to purchase that title even though it is currently NOT IN STOCK. With this information in hand, we are then able to calculate our next order without any extra overhead costs (games that no one wants). We look at Pre-Orders first every time in order to decide how/when to stock up on certain items. Any changes or updates on a certain Pre-Ordered item, we will inform you right away.

Part of the fun of the hobby is testing and experimenting with different games. In this golden age of boardgames, there are so many themes, mechanics, genres, styles, lengths, etc that it would be difficult to narrow down a handful that would be loved by absolutely everyone. Our website search feature has a multi-layered filter which will help once you get an idea of what could be interesting with AI-generated suggestions of other games you may also like.
